Fished yesterday and was surprised to see a couple of guys trolling lures from a boat travelling down river. I thought what they were doing was illegal but after talking to the very polite police and EA officers that checked my permits as part of Operation Leviathan, good to see it in action, the EA confirmed it was legal, the old bylaw was repealed. As they were by the far bank it would be down to whoever had the riparian rights to the far side to resolve.

Bit of a surprise just before i packed up, the Conway Queen came up in the darkness, looks even bigger at night asnd it was quite close to the the BAA side.
