Went this afternoon 10/07/17, just to check it out as it is not far from my partners house, she came too.
River is very low in places.first few pegs deep in the center but didn't get any action. few large holes for fish gather on the bend, other than the holes, cant be more than 7 inches max.

plus bit of rubbish left on banks, KFC wrappers and fish and chip packaging, cleared a bit up.

I went down on sunday mid day for a look see, although nobody fishing saw plenty of decent looking chub moving about and a very successful minnow spawning. Picked up a few bits of litter (not as bad as will get when more go to fish) , why fishermen cant keep a bag in their gear to remove litter is beyond me, as all these bottles and wrappers weigh more to carry when full than empty. Rubbish in the car park isn't all down to anglers, have seen people having their lunch parked up as I have driven by.
