I'm not sure if the club is aware but members may be interested to know this device is installed just downstream of the car park on our Marcliff stretch of the Warwickshire Avon.

Re: Water Quality MonitoringThe BAA have took on the responsibility of testing the water on several sites on our waters across the Severn and Avon catchmentss.Myself and other bailiffs have been taking samples for the past 12 months now and inputting the data into an app that the Angling Trust and Glynn from Worcester AA are using as proof or ammunition if you like to present to the powers that be to show the state of the water quality in our rivers.Let’s hope it isn’t a waste of everyone’s time and it forms part of our fight against the big water companies killing our rivers.
