Just read an article on the "Guardian on Line" reporting that the action group "Wild Justice" are taking the regulator "Ofwat" to court over its inaction in controlling water companies.
Worth a read.

I wish them good luck with that. Ofwat is a government department.
Same as Ofgem,who,for two decades,I naively believed was on the side of the customer. Both are financial regulators.
Should Wild Justice not be pursuing the Eviroment Agency? Another goverment department.
Hhhhmmm,government keeps popping up,maybe they should be pursued?
