1st ALAN SMITH 20lb 4oz
2nd BRIAN BARTON 6lb4oz (Golden hand)

Fished quiet well. The winner had 5 chub on the feeder from the peg one below the bay. 2nd had lots of small roach on the waggler. 3rd had one bream and a small jack pike from the peg in the bay.
P.S. I would like to take my hat of to the works committee, what a brilliant job they have made to the pegs on the stretch plus the advantage of being able to drive across the first meadow.

I totally agree with that. The access has improved an already fantastic venue. Had some good nets of chub and bream so far this season.

Which field can you drive across because it doesn't mention it on the map?
Is there now access to Pershore R/B?

The gate is at the right hand corner of the field the code is on the web site under where to fish.Then you can drive across the first meadow to the gate for the second meadow

Thank you. The only locked gate that is mentioned in 'where to fish' is for Pershore L/B above 'the gut'. Is there access for the R/B? I would guess that as I come out of Pershore then there is a field before you cross the river that now has access?
