good luck, i was on the Kennet yesterday, usual lack of Barbel but had Grayling and Roach whilst waiting, all in all a good day. Probably be up on the WA next Tuesday or Wednesday.

I only did it once, you cross the railway line, go down the hill by the crops, 100yds? through gate, continue down hill to small stream with a sty and bridge. the river is maybe another 100yds away and the weir is probably 400yds to your right.Its a bit of a hike, cattle in the fields when i was there so quite rutted in places and a bit boggy too near the treeline.

Hi Mate i doubt many people will be forthcoming on a public forum, finding good spots can take a lot of time and effort.. You are more likely to get info on the bank in discussion with other anglers or just go down and have a walk around and see if you can find them yourself, much more satisfying
