After a bit of a lay off after an operation I'm looking to get back out there again.

Sods law that during the lay off I had heard of some good roach catches on the Severn and Avon and was wondering where I should head to now.

I'm kind of toying with Wasperton being local, but also thinking of lower Avon for the deeper water. And if I'm going to travel, I may as well add the Severn into the mix, and there's a bit of an urge to go on the Trent (non BAA water) too.

So, looking to you people for recommendations to where's fishing. Just looking for a decent bit of waggler fishing
