Not unless enough people approach their MP to point a few facts, i.e. about transfer of invasive species, and how damage to wildlife above and below the water would effect their sport.

Unfortunately us anglers aren't very good as standing up for our sport and would rather sit back and let others do it.

I may not be the Angling Trust's biggest fan, but they have done some good work. We should be supporting them to fight such battles in Parliament. Without them we don't have a voice
