I agree that Mike and Anne Wood are doing a great job for the BAA - always very helpful and friendly. They get to know their regulars and actively want to chat and find out how the fishing is going - in return I tell them what I have caught and send over pics. You can always call/text them in advance to find out what the river is doing and what's being caught before the long drive (for me anyway). It is two way thing. It would be much appreciated if we had the same excellent service from all bailiffs but I guess it comes down to individuals and how much effort they feel they can put into it given their own circumstances. But it is quite a contrast all the same. I can't recall a single other BAA bailiff who was willing to give me their mobile number and been friendly enough that I would actually feel comfortable calling or texting them like I do with Mike/Anne. Well done guys!
