Just seen the the BAA stretch has been zapped and 70 Zander removed by the C&RT, sickening, who will control the crayfish along there.

Re: Birmingham and Fazeley canal zappedIt’s been zapped from Fazeley junction to Curdworth, took out 70 Zander, another pointless exercise from the money grabbers, trouble is all the small fish zapped will have been picked up by the gulls, this will kill the fishing for quite sometime.

Re: Birmingham and Fazeley canal zappedIf you do catch any Zander don’t advertise the location, they have also done the Coventry Canal from Hopwas to Alvecote, that is a massive stretch and only got 15 Zander out.
