Just seen the the BAA stretch has been zapped and 70 Zander removed by the C&RT, sickening, who will control the crayfish along there.

Where about they been electro netting mate?
fished a private stretch the other day with small rubber lures for perch, had 3 to about 8oz but also had 3 small bream to 1.5lb !!!!
Bream on an artificial.......didn't expect that

It’s been zapped from Fazeley junction to Curdworth, took out 70 Zander, another pointless exercise from the money grabbers, trouble is all the small fish zapped will have been picked up by the gulls, this will kill the fishing for quite sometime.

70 zander! didn't catch em all then. was going up there tomorrow may have to change my plans now.

If you do catch any Zander don’t advertise the location, they have also done the Coventry Canal from Hopwas to Alvecote, that is a massive stretch and only got 15 Zander out.
