Set of keys left on the gate post @ Retreat farm today if anyone has lost?
Fished Pool 1 today full of Dumpy mirrors weighing about 3/4lb was fairly impressed had 30lb in 2 hours messing about.
Pool 2 looks good and fishable now has a good colour to the water.
Pool 3 looks like a waste of time I hope they do not waste money stocking it.

I fished it on Sunday - also saw the keys and was puzzled why they were there - they were gone by the time I packed up.
I had a couple of mirrors from pool 1 as well. I also fished pool 2 briefly but didn't have any confidence - the water didn't look right to me. Lots of floating dark silk weed like you see in polluted rivers. I can't believe the crucians have gone in this pool - think they should gone in pool 1 as this water looks much healthier. Either that or Uckinghall but let's not start that thread again.
