right lets be clear about night fishing i.e fishing all night an bivyed up so to speak . if the baa don't wont to allow that fine , but if the baa are not against night fishing what is the problem fishing an hour or two into dark without stopping all night , which is hardly night fishing what is the problem ?????????? and at no additional cost .
iv been told if a club books a contest with 12 or more there is no cost to the club at all ??
is there a divide within the baa between match anglers an specimen anglers who like fish few hours into dark ??????????
it has been quoted on here the baliffs do a difficult job , but iv never seen as yet one carry a litter bag / litter picker , in fact iv seen them walk past rubbish , despite no tackle to carry ,so are they really that consciensios ????? about the waters some baliff .
I myself would say as well as an angler im a conservationist , an keen interest in wildlife an birds .
I have for many years carried handful of charity bags with my fishing tackle and off my own bat , have cleared mountains off rubbish over many years from various waters .
lets see baa baliffs issued with litter pickers an bags , then we see how many baliffs drop out .
if there really for the baa , an not just thrive on personal sense of authority towards others .
im sure if I can move rubbish as well as carry my tackle , im sure baa baliffs can if there that good an keen for the well being of the waters they baliff , or is this against there principles ? ,
