Just a heads up if like me you like wading out and trying the little pools from the car park downstream - you may get called back across by the bailiff if you find yourself on the opposite bank or over half way across. I know quite a few others like to fish the runs and pools there. Never realised the steep bank opposite was even accessible but the bailiff said it belongs to White Swan although their website doesn't mention it.

Had a few Grayling, Dace and Chub (from the right side) but the water was very low, probably won't make the long journey there again for a while and will stick to 'paddling' about in the Severn in future

Thanks for the info, its good to share! I fancy a bit of Dace,/Grayling fishing, good luck on the Severn.
