I for one would like to see a number of bailiffs paid to bailiff the waters. Ive not got a clue about what intensives they get at the min if any. Mr Williams do they make a note of membership names and numbers dates times and report these back to the BAA. Repeat poachers evictions prosecutions etc what exactly happens?
