Hoping for a few perch and bream (not to mention the odd eel or two) in amongst the April showers, pleasantly surprised when this immaculate tench grabbed my bait (a lobworm tail) and led me a merry dance on light-ish tackle for a few minutes. Bang on 5lbs. Don't usually fish for them until the lilies are up!
