Phil, you park in the car park closest to the water works entrance, follow the path down to the left and over the railway line, you can walk to the right and go between the two reservoirs to the river and then walk to the right again towards the bridge, its a hell of a walk unless you go very light, i may try later this week and will take a rod, few pellets, end tackle and landing net only, good luck
