As said, it now has to be contractors, as a project manager myself health and safety is unavoidable in this claim world, My self if 90% of waters where accessible both via track and on the bank, then i would be willing to pay £100 a year for the membership, again as already said clubs that maintain there waters charge between £50 and £80 per year for just a 20 or 30 peg single stretch of water. Cheers mate, il give it a go with a bag and a rod then first and have a look to see if its trolly friendly
