Mirror carp @ Retreat Farm. Otter damage?

Hi,
Fri 17th Jan, 3 hour morning session at Retreat Farm pool 1. Method feeder in margins of island. 10mm boilies (pink prawn) and 1 kernal of sweetcorn on hair rig. A few bites and a decent size mirror. Unsure of weight as did not take scales. However it seemed to have damage around the tail. Otters?

Great 3 hour session this morning. Bit windy for floats. Fished method feeder with size 10 hook . Hookbait 10mm boilie (pink prawn) and a kernal of sweetcorn. A good few bites and 1 mirror. Bigger than i expected. Did not bring scales to weigh.
However if you look closely at the tail, it has what could be otter bites.

Retreat Farm - Pool 1

Hi All,
I'm heading to this venue for the first time on Friday. Any advice?
I was thinking of fishing 2 rods.
A method feeder with micro pellet and 10mm boilies tight to the island and a margin pole on the bottom with chopped worm or breadflake.
Hoping for a high single figure mirror or 2!
