Re: River Teme

There are more good pegs upstream of the carpark than downstream, yes, I agree.

Re: River Teme

Hi, I fish Cotheridge a lot, Broadwas quite often and plan to give Doddenham a right good go this season. It's true that some of the banks are high and some access to some of the other pegs could be better but for me this is what makes fishing the Teme so special. If it was really easy to fish every peg wouldn't the world and his Mother be down there hammering it? Knowing that I have caught a fish from a cramped peg which I have had to scramble down makes it all the better.
There are some big barbel in Cotheridge and they probably avoid the more heavily fished pegs.
All the best.

Peg work teams. Thanks.

Great to have a forum for the BAA, a great leap forward in my opinion.
I'll kick things off by saying thankyou to all the members who work on and improve the pegs etc at the BAA fisheries.
I've just seen a fantastic, bespoke peg at Ripple constructed by Mr Flood. Great work, and at last I've got somewhere to say thanks to everyone who does this vital work.
