Im all for staying on the side of the landowner but can't see his problem with people being there 20 minutes before dark! Surely it's been explained to him we have the right to be there until one hour before sunrise and one hour after sunset!
As long as anglers park in the right place don't litter and are gone at the right time I can't see what he's moaning about.
