Re: Halesowen RBL match at Stourport Newhalls 1/10/17

DavidH,

At the moment at the rear of the leisure center or the Old Beams pub don't mind as long as you call in for a pint after fishing.

Halesowen RBL match at Stourport Newhalls 1/10/17

Fished on a river up a bit but still lacking a bit of colour. Roach and dace not yet moved into the stretch in any numbers, always seem to catch better after Christmas if you can catch the river right. Most of the leading weights consisted of bleak caught on the whip with maggot.

1st Paul Skidmore 11 - 2 - 0

2nd Gary Weaver 10 - 3 - 0

3rd Martyn Yarsley 6 - 6 - 0

4th Geoff Garrish 6 - 2 - 0

5th Ken Whitmore 6 - 0 - 0 ( Roach and hybrids )

RE Bailiffing

These forums are a good thing for members to voice their opinions etc and I've read most of the recent ones regarding bailiffing / night fishing. Instead of arguing amongst yourselves and debating who's right and who's wrong, why don't you put yourselves out for one evening a year come to the AGM on Thursday 9th November and put your points over to the people who will give you a correct answer, or is that too much to ask ?
