Re: retreat farm

I fished this stretch last week while my son done some licence checks, I also noticed that some sheep were outside of the main fenced off field. You are right that the bottom rail on a section of the perimeter fence was broken and the sheep were getting through. My son actually pointed this out to the owner who happened to be driving around the fields that day and his answer was that the sheep " can go wherever they want" and was quite unconcerned about the situation - until something happens to one of his sheep no doubt !!

Re: Halesowen RBL match at Grimley 10/7/17

Goldenhand,

We pegged from the spinney upstream of the car park down to the Salwarpe. It's a shame we can't get into the first couple of pegs into the spinney as these used to throw a few fish.

Re: Cradley Heath Labour AC club match at Arley Harbour water.2/7/17

Barry Robson was on the 3rd fishable peg below the footbridge, however, the deeper pegs towards the bottom of the stretch also produced some quality roach to pellet.
