Re: Retreat Farm Pools- Tench fishing!Needs to be fenced. That investment would safeguard the fishery. It's no point to re-stocking as the otters will stay whilst there's a supply. Baa lost the best stillwater they had in Walcot and I fear the others will go the same way through a combination of predation and flood escapees.

Quarry plans in the Charlton and Cropthorne areaWychavon Council are currently proposing the location of quarries in the area and maps have been published of potential sites.

Re: Hampton LoadeIf you walk the stretch or take the cycle track you will see a large fenced area that is used to breed and hold ducks captive. Presumably, they have been set free. I have fished that section whilst they have been shooting and it's not a pleasant experience. Surely there is some sort of law about shooting in public areas?
