What's the point of having a lockdown may I ask if there are no restrictions,seems to defeat the object?

Couldn't agree more about the long winded replies,sounds like a politician changing the subject somewhat, the short answer is if people hadn't bent the rules in the first lockdown we mightn't have needed a 2nd and 3rd.

There are a large percentage of people in society that don't give a toss about others, think they are above every body else and don't respect other issues like take your litter home please!
Wether £200 is an issue with these people, they can obviously afford to take the risk
