I've had a long layoff from fishing but now the kids are off to university I have the time to get back on the river bank. I used to fish the Teme regularly, way back from 1995 - 1998 (when I first moved to Worcester, pre getting married). I must admit I am more than a little saddened to hear that the river has gone down hill and the barbel fishing I loved is no more. Are things really that bad?
