Personally, I use the gaps for bank sticks/rod rests/bait waiter.

Parking is in the car park then walk over the bridge. There is no parking in the field.
I have seen a car parked on the grass verge - not sure if this is legal though.
On word of warning - get there early as the car park gets very full. Due to canoeists and people swimming the river (this can be a pain in the a### as they take ages to get through your swim).
If you are after the bream, your best bet is the swans neck at the end of the stretch. Quite a fair walk but can be worth it.

Went to Eckington today, and would like to say what an excellent job the bank clearers have done.
I very big thank you to the lads that do this job. Well done!

Dickhead here!
Yes that's me. I was only trying last years number as I hadn't realised it changed for 2020.
Went today and gained entrance only because I looked at this years membership card, instead of last years.
Had a decent day on the silvers - had a decent perch of about one and a half pounds, fishing the waggler and maggot. Also hooked into 2 of those carp, no chance of landing these on my set up. More chance of Boris Johnson combing his hair!

Went to Coppice this morning, but could not get in due to a problem with the padlock.
I am not sure if it's me being a dickhead, but I tried about 20 times (with the new number on the membership card) but it would not open. I tried in 3 positions and ensured the numbers were lined up correctly.
Does anybody else have a problem with this lock?
I ended up going to Mythe Farm pool and done a 4 hour stint on the waggler, catching 50 or so beautiful looking rud. So not all was lost.
