Re: b.a.a. forum d’anglers AC - Contest #5 B-W Canal Br42-43 on Sat 11th Nov - updated 2nd NOV

Thanks Mal for confirming that you and Bob Powell will be participating in the Contest on the B-W Canal on Saturday 11th November.

As you have read, Raver and bin will be walking the water and pegging, so that we get the best of the stretch.

Looking forward to seeing you both on the Car Park of the Stoke Prior Sports and Social Club in 8 days time.

Keep on Fishing…

Re: b.a.a. forum d’anglers AC - Contest #5 B-W Canal Br42-43 on Sat 11th Nov - updated 1st NOV

Me thinks 7am is also a good time Stew.
What was I thinking.
So I shall be there for 7ish

9 of our fellow d’anglers have Confirmed that they wish to fish the Contest with 10 days to go!

I don’t think Mork can make the last one at Stoke Works, so that means there are several d’anglers still to register for our last Contest of 2023, as it is November, it would be great to finish with a BANG!

Keep on Fishing…

Re: b.a.a. forum d’anglers AC - Contest #5 B-W Canal Br42-43 on Sat 11th Nov - updated 1st NOV

Hello RAVER and our fellow b.a.a.forum d’anglers AC members,
Thank you RAVER for confirming your desire to fish our fifth and final contest at Stoke Works.

Having read your post on the Contest Section Bridge 41-42 / 43 and your knowledge of the PEGS in this stretch of Canal, and then your your willingness to meet up with bin, Stew and myself at first light and to then Peg it together with bin, would be of great benefit to the club.

Hopefully it will encourage our members that have yet to respond, with the impetus and desire to fish a water that has possibly a better head of fish and of a higher weight than what we have experienced so far in our contests on the S-W Canal.

Keep on Fishing….
