Re: would like see baa promote specimen tench waters don't need night fish for tench . I agree tench will feed on the hottest off days , I say the hotter the better in fact 2 years ago I caught 2 double figure tench from gravel pit , burton on trent area in exactly these heat wave conditions . as for night fishing for tench when I tried it had poor results , day better into dusk . TENCH AT MYTHE not fished mythe but have heard talk off double figure tench , but no positive proof ie witness accounts or photos . I no it certainlys produces 6 pounders . any one any info on tench population there ? Posted on April 26, 2017 at 9:46 PM
